Purpose
Support our Country Manager Germany and lead and manage all internal aspects of the business, ensuring financial stability and growth, compliance management, financial planning and operational support across workshops in Germany.
Responsibilities
Support to the Country Manager: Provide operational support and representation for the management of German workshops. Act as authorized signatory for selected workshop GmbHs across Germany. Drive the continuous improvement and standardization of workshop operations.
Financial Management: Manage operations ensuring accounting procedures are followed, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Advise the Country Manager and workshop management on business & financial decisions. Continuously work together with the finance organisation to ensure strong financial development, transparency and compliance.
Compliance & Safety Oversight: Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards, including occupational health and safety requirements.
Operational Involvement: Often involved in HR, IT, Procurement, or Legal matters. Support pricing, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
Spare Parts Managements: Manage local supplier relationships and support the implementation of procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely availability of spare parts. Support invoice creation and verification related to spare parts transactions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with procurement agreements.
Adhoc: At times also support other parts of the HiSERV group or projects where required and beneficial for our organization.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
Several years of hands-on experience in finance or business controlling roles.
Experience in project management and budgeting.
Process and results orientations, high attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment willing to go the extra mile.
Proficient in German and English, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to travel for business needs on a regular basis.
Preferred location in Frankfurt am Main.
Drivers licence.
