Purpose
In this role, you support the smooth operation of our cloud‑based IT environment with a strong focus on Microsoft 365. You help ensure that employees can work efficiently and securely by providing reliable IT services and day‑to‑day technical support. You are a key contact for IT‑related topics and contribute to a stable and user‑friendly digital workplace.
Responsibilities
Support and administration of our Microsoft 365 environment (e.g. Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Basic administration of cloud‑based users, devices, and access rights
Support daily IT operations in a modern, cloud‑first environment
Provide first‑ and second‑level support for employees regarding hardware, software, and M365 applications
Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end‑user devices
Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures in a cloud environment
Assist with backups, basic security controls, and compliance with internal IT guidelines
Maintain IT asset information and support documentation of systems, processes, and changes
Support continuous improvement of the digital workplace and IT services
Requirements
Initial to solid experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role
Basic practical experience with Microsoft 365 or other cloud‑based collaboration platforms
General understanding of user support, device management, and cloud services
Interest in cloud technologies and modern workplace solutions
Structured and solution‑oriented way of working
Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non‑technical users
Good command of English; German skills are an advantage
