For our location in Copenhagen, we are looking for a

Mechanic for Ground Support Equipment (m/f/d)


Your tasks

  • Maintenance and repair of GSE according to recognized technical rules and manufacturer specifications
  • Compliance with accident prevention regulations
  • Operation of GSE, commercial vehicles and cars/vans for functional testing
  • Carrying out test drives or business trips
  • Loading and unloading (including load securing) as well as accompanying transports and non-airport personnel
  • Out-of-town work to ensure the operational readiness of GSE, commercial vehicles and cars/vans
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace, technical equipment and in the workshop area
  • Independent documentation of the activity

Your qualification

  • Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with experience in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) or similar machinery.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems knowledge.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of GSE, including motorized equipment used in airport operations.
  • Familiarity with maintenance schedules and procedures for large-scale mechanical equipment.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulatory standards in a mechanical workshop.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate airport equipment.
